My only negative is how overworked the front desk staff seem to be. I needed to ask a question before my appointment and had to hold for 15 minutes. When I arrived for my appointment, I stood at the front desk for a good 10 minutes waiting for someone to check me in. The same when I was trying to check out after my appointment. The office needs a dedicated call center so that the ladies up front can take care of those who are there for appointments.
